What is it?

Racial equity consulting is a transformative process that helps individuals and organizations unlearn harmful norms, confront systemic bias, and build more just, inclusive environments. Unlike checkbox-style DEI initiatives, this work invites reflection, accountability, and lasting cultural change. At its core, racial equity consulting examines how racism—both interpersonal and structural—shows up in our schools, workplaces, and communities, and offers tools for dismantling it with intention.

For organizations, this means co-creating cultures where historically marginalized employees—especially Black, Indigenous, and people of color—can show up fully without fear of harm, retaliation, or invisibility. Through tailored facilitation, anti-racism workshops, and policy reviews, Keanu supports teams in moving beyond performative allyship toward equity-centered leadership, trauma-informed communication, and sustainable change.

For individuals, racial equity consulting fosters the courage to interrogate internalized biases, shift behaviors, and build liberatory practices rooted in empathy, accountability, and collective care.

    • Audit Reporting

  • Goal: Equip the organization with tools and strategies to address inequities and build an inclusive, equitable culture.

    Includes:

    • Racial Equity Action Planning

  • Goal: Ensure racial equity becomes an ongoing priority, supported by systems, accountability, and culture.

    Includes:

    • Integration Sessions
