Our Therapeutic Approaches and Perspectives
Our therapeutic approach is rooted in a holistic, person-centered philosophy that honors each client’s inner world, cultural context, and lived experience. As a queer Black sex therapist based in New York City, Keanu is an expert at curating a collaborative and consent-forward space where his clients can explore sex, intimacy, identity, and the parts of themselves that have long been silenced or neglected.
If you choose to seek your care here, Keanu will support you in slowing down, confronting internalized urgency, and reconnecting with your voice. Therapy becomes a space for honest reflection, embodied healing, and narrative reclamation.
Keanu believes that every person holds wisdom and resilience within. His practice centers community, acknowledging how systems of oppression—including white supremacy, colonization, and heteropatriarchy—shape emotional life, relationship patterns, and access to care. His work supports clients in moving toward self-trust, emotional safety, and a deeper sense of autonomy.
With Keanu, therapy is an invitation to nurture the pathway that’ll allow you to return to yourself. Clients often describe their work with Keanu as expansive, grounding, and liberating.

Individuals

Individual therapy sessions are available to clients located in both New York and Florida and are conducted virtually for ease, flexibility, and comfort.
Sessions are 50 minutes in length and are typically held on a weekly basis.
Session Rates: $200 - $300

Individual coaching sessions are available to clients worldwide and are conducted virtually for accessibility and flexibility.
Coaching sessions are 45 minutes in length and are typically held on a weekly basis.

Relationships

Relationship therapy is available to partners located in both New York and Florida and is conducted virtually to support accessibility and continuity of care.
Sessions are 50 minutes in length and are typically held on a weekly basis.
Session Rates: $275 - $350

Relationship coaching sessions are available to partners and relationship constellations worldwide and are conducted virtually for ease and flexibility.

Clinical Supervision

Weekly individual supervision sessions for both Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW), and Licensed Clinical Social Worker’s (LCSW) that hold licensure within New York State.
Rate per Session:
LMSW: $150
Sliding scale available for LMSW’s: $50 - $100
LCSW: $200

Monthly group consult for both pre-licensed and fully licensed clinicians seeking clinical support, with an emphasis on developing a decolonized therapy approach.
Rate per Session: $100
Resurgence: A Sex Liberation Group for Men of Color is a transformative space dedicated to helping men of color explore, discuss, and reclaim their sexuality in an affirming and judgment-free environment.
This intimate, 8-week virtual group offers a safe haven for connection, self-discovery, and healing. Together, we’ll unpack cultural and societal narratives, confront shame and stigma, and redefine pleasure, intimacy, and sex on our own terms.
Through open dialogue, reflective exercises, and shared community, participants will cultivate deeper self-awareness, confidence, and empowerment in their journey toward liberated sexuality.
