These Terms apply only to your use of this website and do not govern the clinical relationship between you and your therapist. Clinical services are governed by separate informed consent, privacy, and practice policies provided directly to clients.

1. Purpose of This Website

The content on this Site is for informational, educational, and marketing purposes only. Nothing on this Site is intended to provide:

  • medical advice,

  • mental health diagnosis,

  • psychotherapy,

  • crisis intervention, or

  • professional consultation.

Your use of the Site does not create a therapist–client relationship with Homebody Psychotherapy or any of its providers.

2. No Therapist–Client Relationship

A therapeutic relationship is established only after:

  1. you complete a consultation or intake,

  2. you and the clinician mutually agree to work together, and

  3. all required consent forms are signed.

Submitting a contact form or scheduling a consultation does not create a therapeutic relationship.

3. Not for Emergency Use

This Site is not a crisis service. If you are experiencing an emergency or are in immediate danger, call 988, go to the nearest emergency room, or contact local emergency services.

4. Eligibility

This Site is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use this Site only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Client Services, Fees, and Policies

Information about therapy, coaching, supervision, consulting, group offerings, rates, and availability is provided for general reference.
All fees, policies, and offerings are subject to change at any time.

Engagement in clinical services is governed by separate Informed Consent for Psychotherapy, Notice of Privacy Practices (HIPAA), and practice policies provided directly to clients.

6. Insurance and Payment

Insurance information on this site reflects current participation and may change without notice.

Submitting insurance information does not guarantee coverage or reimbursement.
Clients are responsible for confirming coverage with their insurance provider.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, images, logos, graphics, downloads, worksheets, guides, blog posts, and other materials—is the intellectual property of Homebody Psychotherapy, LCSW, PLLC unless otherwise noted.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use Site content for commercial purposes without express written permission.
